About TotalHash and our editorial team

What TotalHash is

TotalHash is a mining game in Telegram that has been running since November 2024. The player's phone really computes SHA-256 hashes and closes blocks inside the game, and earns the in-game currency #TH for it. The game is free and runs as a mini app of the @totalhashbot bot.

The telegramhash.com website explains the game and publishes articles on mining, blockchain, crypto and earning online in 19 languages.

How we write our articles

Articles are prepared by the TotalHash editorial team. We rely on primary sources: regulators and tax authorities, official Telegram and TON documentation, and the rules of exchanges and payment services. When a fact cannot be verified, we say so.

Figures in calculators and texts (bitcoin price, network difficulty, exchange rates) are updated automatically from public sources every time the site is built. The date under the headline shows the last update. When laws or service rules change, we update the text.

What readers should know

Our articles mention our own game, TotalHash: it is our product and we say so openly. We do not promise income from the game or from any other way of earning that we write about.

The content of this site is for information only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets carry high risk. Before making decisions about money, check the current rules in your country and consult a professional if needed.

Privacy

You do not need to register on the site, and we do not ask for personal data. To measure visits we use Yandex Metrica, which uses cookies and may record on-page interactions (Session Replay) in anonymised form. We also run our own cookieless counter: it records page views, scroll depth and button clicks and keeps only a daily anonymised identifier.

This data is used only to improve the site, and we do not sell it. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The game in Telegram follows Telegram's rules and is described inside the app.
